SurveyMonkey is responsible for the security of the card owner`s data collected, transferred, stored or processed by us on your behalf. « Cardholder Data » is defined as the main account number of a cardholder and with a complete unmasked card number, the name, expiry date and/or service code of the cardholder. SurveyMonkey has developed strict security features to protect the card owner`s data and, as such, this data can only be used in accordance with expectations and stored in appropriate locations. THEY ARE AND ARE INTERDITS BY COLLECTING OR ENTERING CARDHOLDER DATA INTO ANY FORM OR DATA ENTRY FIELDS IN THE SERVICES, EXCEPT INTO THOSE FIELDS INTENDED FOR THAT PURPOSE (i.e. surveyMonkey explicitly allows such data to enter such fields). The corresponding fields are clearly identified by labels such as « card number » or by a credit card symbol in front of them. Similarly, without payment forms, you should never collect or enter the fields of Sensitive Authentication Data services, as defined in PCI standards (including CVC or CVV2). You take full responsibility for the cardholder`s data entered into the Services that violate these conditions. (c) be responsible for the actions and omissions of its subcontractors to the extent that SurveyMonkey is liable when the services of each of these subcontractors provide directly in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, unless otherwise pursuant to this Agreement.

If you are a consumer, you can revoke your return as a text (for example. B by mail, fax, e-mail) within 14 days.
